Return and Exchange Policy – Top Al Aelah
1. Return and Exchange Period:
Customers may request an exchange or return within 5 days from the date of receiving the product, subject to the terms and conditions stated below.
2. Return and Exchange Conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and packaging, and must not have been installed or used.
Products that are prepared, customized, or modified according to the customer's request are not eligible for exchange or return.
Returns cannot be accepted for products that have been installed or whose original condition has been changed.
Exchange or return requests must be submitted within the specified period, with the reason for the request provided.
3. Product Inspection Upon Delivery:
The customer is required to inspect the product upon delivery and ensure that it is in good condition and matches the order before use or installation.
If there is any visible damage, missing item, or discrepancy in the product, please contact customer service within 48 hours from the date of delivery to complete the necessary procedures.
After the product has been used, installed, or its original condition has been changed, return requests based on not wanting the product will not be accepted, while respecting customer rights according to applicable laws and regulations.
4. Costs:
The customer is responsible for shipping costs if the reason for the return is a change of mind or no longer wanting the product.
The store is responsible for exchange or return costs in case of a manufacturing defect, incorrect order preparation, or a product mismatch with the order.
