Return and Exchange Policy – Top Al Aelah

Duration:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original condition, including tags and packaging.

(Items cannot be returned once they have been assembled.)

Exceptions:

Customized items (tailored upon request) or damaged products are non-returnable.

Costs:

Customer bears the cost if the return is due to a change of mind.

Store bears the cost if there is a manufacturing defect, missing parts, or incorrect color.
