Our products include electrical appliances covered by the official distributor’s warranty within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


In the interest of transparency, we outline below the details and procedures for utilizing our maintenance and warranty services:


? First: Warranty Coverage


The warranty covers electrical products sold through the Top Al-Aelah online store, in accordance with the terms and conditions of each product’s authorized distributor warranty.


The warranty period varies depending on the product type and distributor, and is generally two years from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, breakage, or external factors (such as power surges or humidity).


? Second: How to Request Maintenance or Use the Warranty

Case (1): The customer wishes to deal directly with the distributor


The customer contacts the authorized distributor listed on the warranty card.

The role of Top Al-Aelah is limited to:


Issuing an official purchase invoice, stamped by the store.

Sending the invoice to the customer in PDF format via email or WhatsApp.

The customer then delivers the product to the distributor’s service center to complete the maintenance process.

Case (2): The customer wishes the store to handle delivery

The customer can ship the device to the Top Al-Aelah store address.

Once received, the store will deliver it to the authorized distributor for the required maintenance.

After servicing is completed, the device will be shipped back to the customer.
